Rebel BBQ holds ribbon cutting

BLYTHE - The Blythe Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting Sept. 30 at Rebel BBQ, 181 S. Lovekin Blvd. The new restaurant offers standard St. Louis barbecue options plus an array of international dishes such as Mediterranean, Cuban and Asian options. The restaurant makes their bread and salsa daily. Most of their dishes come with a main entreè plus a choice of side that includes smokin' mac & cheese, red potato salad, jalapeno potato salad, baked beans with bacon, two types of slaw, pasta salad or chips. Hours of business are seven days a week from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Pictured are Chamber directors, Miss Blythe 2010, owner Tom Weiss and manager Rudy Candito. Weiss invited everyone to stop in and have barbecue, "Smokin good-R-way."
